The black truffle or winter truffle, is a seasonal product, specifically from November to March. During the season we select, clean and laminate the truffles of these delicious laminated truffle sachets.

 

How to use

Open the sheet envelope by cutting the edge of the plastic that surrounds it, take the slices with your hands and place directly on the plate. If you do not use all the slices, you can close the envelope and store the rest in the fridge. We recommend that it is not for more than 3 days. The sliced envelopes are perfect for 6 or 7 people, it will always depend on the truffle intensity you want to contribute.

Description

Black truffle slices contain 100% black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) and contain no preservatives or flavorings. All slices envelopes are prepared by hand with fresh truffles freshly picked from the fields of Teruel. This product can be consumed throughout the year. Once the container is opened, it can be closed again and kept cold (refrigerator) recommended for 3 days.
